Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase. Apple decides on each refund individually.
On a device using the same Apple Account, open MoveMap's purchase screen and choose Restore. If access does not return, contact support with the purchase date and Apple receipt. Do not send payment-card details.
